How it works for BU families
Your student contacts us with any health concern - by text, phone, or video, any hour. We respond right away and decide together whether it needs a message, a virtual visit, or an in-person visit to their room. We handle point-of-care testing, prescriptions and refills, and management of ongoing conditions on site, and - with your student's consent - we send you an update so you're never left wondering. Membership starts at $895 per semester.
